Register early for this exciting hands-on class. No experience is necessary for this class as participants will learn first-hand from a local dairy farmer and cheesemaker. We will be covering Basic Cheesemaking, Mozzarella, and Ricotta. This class will be taught on Friday, April 4th at 10 AM. Lunch is included in class fee of $20. Class size is limited, and registration is required. **Please note - This class will be taught on-site at Wildcat Mountain Cheese in East Bernstadt, KY.
