Chair yoga is a low-impact form of yoga that uses a chair for balance and support during poses. Join us at 11 am on each 1st and 3rd Tuesday beginning May 6th. This class is perfect for seniors but all ages 18+ are welcome to attend. Taught by Trisha Thomas, Whitley County Health Department
